Open your DNA Collection Kit and follow the instructions.

Let the swabs dry for a few minutes as directed, then place them in the enclosed envelopes and mail them back to our labs.

Step 4

When your LifeMap Healthy Aging Assessment™ is completed at our lab (about 4-6 weeks) a confidential copy will be prepared for you.

Step 5

Your custom manufacturing data is sent securely and electronically to our manufacturing facility.

Step 6

Our ISO, GMP, and FDA compliant facility custom creates your LifeMap product and personal label.

Step 7

You will also receive a copy of your personal Healthy Aging Assessment and a list of the ingredients in your custom formulation.

Step 8
